Months after Guess models including Kate Upton blamed fellow benefactor Paul Marciano for “sexually and candidly bothering ladies,” Marciano has ventured down from the organization.

A four-month-long test found that Marciano has “practiced misguided thinking in his interchanges with models and picture takers and in setting himself in circumstances in which conceivable claims of uncalled for lead could, and arose.” The organization additionally said in an announcement that Marciano had made “unseemly remarks and messages and undesirable advances including kissing and grabbing.”

Marciano’s sibling was designated administrator, and Marciano will stay on the board until January 30, 2019. He has not played out his every day obligations since the start of the test.

Upton was the main model to openly blame Marciano for badgering. She composed on Instagram and Twitter that it was annoying that the “famous ladies’ image” still adjusted itself to Marciano. Marciano denied her cases, saying he had never been distant from everyone else with Upton.
